PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device selectively displaying a first design and a second design by switching a light source and can equalize the appearance of the first design and the appearance of the second design.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes: a plate-like light guide 114 including first light sources 122, 123 and a second light source 124 that are isolated mutually and permit switching of lighting by predetermined operation, a light emission surface in which a first design is formed, a light incidence surface that opposes the first light sources 122, 123, and a light guide part for guiding light entering from the light incidence surface so as to be reflected by the first design of the light emission surface; and a transmission part 115 that is formed in the shape of the second design, and includes a first area for transmitting direct light from the second light source 124 and a second area for transmitting direct light having light quantity smaller than that of the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
